LifeKnowledge Program

LifeKnowledge is a life-changing, innovative, agricultural education program created by FFA that engages and enables all students to learn successful life skills focused around essential competencies, such as Leadership, Personal Growth, and Career Success. Monsanto is proud to be a founding partner of this project, contributing $500,000. We believe LifeKnowledge will enhance and recognize all individuals' potential as future co-workders, neighbors, and fellow citizens.

Glenn Stith recognized for leadership in advancing agricultural education at National FFA Convention

Relating specifically to Monsanto's business interests, Stith has stated: "LifeKnowledge has the capability to significantly impact the quality of future employees for not only the field of agriculture and the Monsanto family companies, but the entire workforce. By providing additional tools/resources to local teachers, it will allow all agricultural education students to be impacted by these materials."

Glenn's personal involvement, engagement, support and passion for this initiative are a tremendous asset to agricultural education. His background in FFA, as well as his leadership development and training for Monsanto, have been a great advantage for the nearly 800,000 students that will be impacted by this effort and training annually.
