Monsanto Huxley is located just off Interstate 35 and Highway 210 between Ankeny and Ames. Built in 2006, Huxley is home to one of Monsanto’s largest plant breeding facilities in North America. Every year Monsanto Huxley hires approximately 250 seasonal employees who are all critical to Monsanto’s success. The Huxley station is dedicated to quality and safety and in 2013 received OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) certification.
