Gain Real-World Experience through Our Internship and Co-op Programs!

“Being an intern for Monsanto is an opportunity to gain experience in an environment that truly is shaping the way that the world views agriculture.”

One way to launch your future is through Monsanto’s Internship and Co-op Programs. These programs offer you on-the-job experience through paid, temporary, full-time positions. It’s a great way to gain valuable professional experience and get the inside track on how Monsanto works. We offer 3-month internships and 6-month co-ops in Plant Science, Research and Development, IT, Commercial Sales, HR, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Manufacturing/Seed Production, Engineering and Purchasing.

Students typically participate in the Intern Program during their summer semester break. Interns generally work 40 hours per week and assignments vary in length from 10 to 12 weeks during the summer. Students that are interested in the Co-op Program typically make a semester commitment to the position. This is generally a 40 hour per week position that may vary in length from four to six months.

All interested candidates should apply for consideration through this website. Please indicate in your cover letter that you are interested in an internship or co-op opportunity. We use behavioral-based interviewing techniques, and all interns and co-ops must pass a background check and drug screen.
