In the last few weeks, we’ve had the chance to better understand the transition timeline and discuss it with customers. We will be working within the EPA’s regulatory framework which allows seed companies to sell remaining on-hand inventory of Bollgard products up to the registration’s expiration of September 30, 2009. Growers who want a Bollgard variety will need to purchase and accept delivery of this seed by September 30, 2009, and this seed will be eligible for planting in the 2010 season. This deadline will apply to all seed companies who market Bollgard products.
