International Food Information Council (IFIC): What's for Lunch?
IFIC is an excellent resource for science-based information on food safety for health and nutrition professionals, educators, journalists, government officials and consumers. IFIC’s “What’s for Lunch” is a humorous and entertaining look at the different ways food is grown – including the benefits of biotechnology and organic foods. The video features the opinions of consumers, experts as well as an organic and GM farmer. The video concludes that both food processes produce foods that are healthy, safe and beneficial.
